Play is an important part of childhood … but it’s a vital component to adulthood as well.

We are busy with everyday schedules and responsibilities. We have to carve out time to play. Do you feel stressed? Are you carrying the weight of the world? We need time to unwind from our tight schedules and hectic lives. Although play often happens spontaneously, planning time for play ensures that you do. If we let it, play can transform our attitude and allow us to enjoy life more fully.

Treat yourself to retreat and come experience the Way of Play with us! We will be giving free play to your imagination in a field of dreams that awaits your rediscovery of the child within. Play is your birthright...discovery, wonderment and delights are yours to reclaim.

Play empowers people to be flexible thinkers, creative, young-at-heart and free-spirited. It provides an opportunity for pure enjoyment and doesn’t need structure. Play is free-flowing fun that unleashes our imagination.

We will play with color, form, light, shadows, space, sound words, silence, taste and smells. Everywhere is a playground. We will honor our playfulness in Way of the Heart Woods...gurgling streams, dancing light, humming birds, fluttering leaves and twinkling stars. All of creation wants to play with you.

Some of our play time will include:

-Music and Dance

-Storytelling

-Playing games from childhood (charades, musical chairs, kick ball, board games, etc)

-HIde and Go Seek

-Creating crafts with nature (walking stick, leaf rubbings, dream catchers, Fairy Houses etc)

-Bubble blowing

-Make S'mores around the campfire and sing your favorite childhood songs

-Jumping in the leaves

-Scavenger Hunt

and much, much more...we will spontaneously co-create the playtime with you!
