The Way of Nurture in Nature
Time & Location
About the event
Come for an afternoon of release, reflection, rejuvenation, and find your center of peace. Nurture yourself in the serene offering of nature in Way of the Heart Woods.
Breathe deep in the woods. Bathe in the Forest Light. Root deep and reconnect with what brings you peace, bliss, and gratitude.
In these challenging times, we are often called upon to speak up, show up, and live our values more boldly. But it can be difficult to muster the courage to do this and find peace while we are doing what these times call us to do.
The Chinese character for courage represents a person with arms spread wide open, a brave one who endures hardship not by hiding behind armor but by opening up and harmonizing with their surroundings. What might we learn from the ancient teachings and practices that inspire this understanding, helping us to live more courageously, with greater vulnerability and strength while maintaining our deepest peace?
We will let the woods wash away your worry by reconnecting with Nature and our true Nature- basking in healing. We will release in the fire of transformation our concerns, anger, sadness, and dismay for our world, the Earth, our families, and ourselves- calling in surrender & trust.
We will let ourselves play and allow joy to permeate our entire being- calling in gratitude and bliss.
We will connect with and deepen our inner center of peace calling in rooted, compassionate connection and loving detachment.
